Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers.
Customs clearance.
Weather conditions.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

NQTA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately to request an address update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
